Furniture Delivery & Operations Associate
Lucas Furniture & Mattress – Kokomo, IN
Full-Time | $18–$20 per hour
Lucas Furniture & Mattress is seeking a dependable and hardworking Furniture Delivery & Operations Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize incoming furniture and mattress shipments.
- Prepare merchandise for delivery.
- Deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes.
- Assemble furniture as needed.
- Help maintain warehouse organization.
- Set up and update showroom displays.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift and move furniture safely.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.
