We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is positive, personable, driven to succeed, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
Accurately and efficiently process payments.
Keep the showroom organized, clean, and inviting.
Utilize general computer knowledge for sales transactions and customer support.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time.
Shift: Day shift.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
Work Location: In person.
